What is your exchange policy? How do I make an exchange?

If for any reason you would like to exchange the item or items you've purchased from, please visit and follow the instructions.

For domestic customers exchanging goods, we'll provide you a prepaid shipping label, and are happy to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. 

International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on exchanged items.

Once you've initiated your exchange and received your shipping label, please send your merchandise (free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new) back to STAG within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
